Requirements

  • 1+ years of risk assessment skills including ability to understand a process and determine how a change can affect that process
  • 1+ years of project management skills with ability to multi-task & prioritize
  • 1+ years of performing Preventive Maintenance (PM) to automated manufacturing equipment

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and maintenance for automation robotics, electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems in a sophisticated automated large volume pharmaceutical dispensing facility
  • Conduct routine inspections of machines and systems to ensure optimal performance, such as troubleshooting electro-mechanical control systems and supporting the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) based control systems
  • Performing preventative maintenance on equipment, notifying the Manager of any concerns regarding major repairs needed or any additional equipment needed to support the pharmacy automation equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work area for all employees
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and procedures
