Requirements

5+ years of experience in automation or related fields, with a focus on delivering solutions for managed service operations (e.g., infrastructure operations, incident handling, operational efficiency improvements)
2+ years of experience in technical management, including mentoring team members and guiding best practices
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and Bash for automation operations management
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience automating cloud operations and implementing workflow orchestration tools (e.g., n8n) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible)
Familiarity with security best practices and observability platforms like Splunk
Proven track record of delivering automation solutions that drive measurable client ROI
Operational experience with direct client engagement, including solution design and delivery
Agile leadership mindset with a collaborative and continuous-improvement approach
Knowledge of AI concepts such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI is a plus
