Requirements

Candidates should have experience working in an auditor firm, preferably with one of the Big 4. A passion for education and enablement is essential, along with experience with security and privacy frameworks and regulations such as SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and others. Understanding of information security compliance and audit processes is required. The ideal candidate is a highly driven self-starter, skilled in building trust, handling challenging conversations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Security certifications like CISA, CISSP, or CIPP/E are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

The Audit Enablement Manager will become an expert on the Vanta auditor experience to train partners and troubleshoot product issues. This role involves owning the Vanta Audit Academy and all educational materials for audit firms. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Product team for discovery sessions, coordinating with Post-Sales for alpha and beta tests, and arranging associated meetings. The manager will onboard and continuously train auditors on Vanta, and work with Audit Partner Managers to collect and share feedback from audit partners to improve processes for both customers and auditors.
