Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation
Coordinate and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process
Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status updates
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from application through onboarding
Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and interest
Help with branding activities such as blog posts, events, and maintaining social media
