Assist Regional Manager and Strategic Sales team by identifying growth opportunities and collaborating on strategic plans
Conduct in-service training for healthcare facility staff across multiple shifts on updates and program benefits
Analyze device usage and collection trends to create actionable strategies for customer engagement and sales potential
Foster partnerships with key decision-makers, providing ongoing support and addressing needs proactively
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless program rollout and contract execution
Track collection compliance, sales performance, and customer satisfaction to identify growth areas
Act as single point of contact for resolving customer concerns and driving program improvements
