  • Foster partnerships with key decision-makers, providing ongoing support and addressing needs proactively
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless program rollout and contract execution
  • Track collection compliance, sales performance, and customer satisfaction to identify growth areas
  • Act as single point of contact for resolving customer concerns and driving program improvements
