Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Radiography, Life-science, Business, Biology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or another relevant advanced degree
  • Keen interest in Enabling Technology
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on projects/duties as well as contributing to a larger team
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule, travel, and weekend support
  • Ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales team, physicians, nurses, and hospital technicians
  • Appreciation for Spinal/Orthopaedic or Cranial division knowledge, and experience in the medical (device) industry or in a hospital operating room environment (preferred)
  • Acceptance of applications from new Biomedical or Radiology Graduates

Responsibilities

  • Provides clinical and technical support to the clinical team in theatres for spine cases
  • Responsible for territory case coverage and support of intraoperative sales
  • Provides troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers
  • Participates in the development of employee and customer training/education programs
  • Participates in and supports regional events such as Congresses or Customer Events
  • Ensures inventory is maintained at its optimal level as per guidelines
  • Identifies ways to impact at scale and deliver outcomes with the highest standard of patient safety, quality, and ethics
  • Supports marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new products
  • Responsibility for technical and clinical implant support in operating theatres, training of theatre staff, and inventory management
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, providing onsite technical support, liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams
