Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited university
1-2 years in medical sales or B2B sales preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive an automobile
Approximately 20% travel
Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movement with ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands including visual and auditory discrimination/memory, reading ability, and memory retention
Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise
Manage time, projects, stress, and conflict
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
Bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Neurosurgical products to meet customers’ needs
Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating product value
Systematically track territory progress and proactively communicate wins with Sales Representatives
Push to exceed sales goals
Use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems onsite with clients
Inform doctors, nurses, and other staff on proper use and maintenance of products
Provide excellent service and assist customers whenever needed
