Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree being favored, and have 5-8 years of experience in consultative selling, specifically within market research, CPG, or media agencies. Prior experience selling data/analytics, marketing mix modeling, or choice modeling is preferred. Leadership experience is a plus, and the ability to translate data knowledge into strategic solution frameworks is desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to travel up to 25%, are also required.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Sales Director, Analytics & Activation, the role involves developing relationships to sell NielsenIQ’s analytics solutions within assigned accounts, utilizing consultative selling skills to identify client needs and drive deals. The responsibilities include achieving annual revenue targets, attending conferences, proactively prospecting, managing the sales pipeline, becoming proficient in NielsenIQ solutions, and representing the voice of the customer to internal teams. The role also requires uncovering and disseminating retailer and competitive intelligence, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and contributing to assigned projects as needed.
