Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or higher
Strong logical thinking skills, good communication, coordination, and driving skills
Knowledge of software engineering fundamentals and familiarity with software testing theory and methods
Solid foundation in computer theory, proficient in operating systems and basic network principles, and proficient in one or more programming languages
Possess solid coding and code review skills, familiar with various debugging tools
Driven to excel, detail-oriented, able to think from the user’s perspective, adhere to principles, and possess good learning ability and independent thinking habits

Responsibilities

Analyze product requirements and architecture, designing testing methods and test cases
Perform testing of product features, system performance, platform compatibility, and API interfaces during product operation, identifying, collecting, and tracking the resolution of quality issues
Conduct specialized testing, such as analysis of similar products, stability analysis, and system reliability, planning and implementing specific testing activities
Implement automation and continuous integration in the testing process, improving the efficiency of testing and project engineering
Introduce and build industry-leading automation testing tool platforms to enhance overall delivery quality
Construct effective evaluation models and methods, conducting quantitative analysis based on business characteristics
