Requirements

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and have 3 years of relevant experience. Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English is required. The role is for the 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday, 4:15 PM to 2:45 AM CST, and requires onsite work with no relocation assistance or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

The Associate, Production Management will assist with various production activities, including assembly, material forming, processing, treating, and packaging, to meet specifications and quality standards. They will liaise with other departments to develop production schedules and allocate resources, plan and manage production line maintenance to minimize disruptions, and lead or participate in quality investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves ensuring a safe work environment, developing talent, and adhering strictly to GxP regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.
