Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of experience in product management as a product owner or product manager, or 4+ years of experience working as a consultant in a professional services company
  • Experience with product development, release management, and stakeholder communication
  • Strong understanding of product management principles, Agile methodology, and technical product management
  • Experience with product bugs and defects, and ability to track remediation actions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions on behalf of the Product team
  • Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with data analysis and trend identification
  • Familiarity with fraud and identity prevention space, and ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product development plans based on strategic vision
  • Position product suite for growth and success
  • Work with Senior Manager of Product to execute tactical plans
  • Liaise with US regional product team and Global product team to drive revenue growth and innovation
  • Provide product management support as technical product manager or product owner
  • Create client-facing materials, including user guides, collateral, and quick reference sheets
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to support product training and creation of sales enablement materials
  • Work closely with Product Managers/Leaders across Experian business units to provide input into strategy
  • Represent Experian US fraud and identity client interests when communicating with software developers and engineers
  • Drive key product health metrics and technical standards for SaaS products
  • Make decisions on behalf of the Product team to unblock development teams
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as applicable
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to platform resiliency, observability, service level objectives, and more
  • Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fraud trends, technologies, regulations, and competitive offerings within the fraud and identity prevention space
