Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent discipline - Required
  • 5+ Years Experience in software development - Required
  • Proven track record managing large, complex software development/integration projects in both host and distributed environments
  • Basic knowledge of external competition, industry and/or market trends in relation to own business
  • Demonstrated understanding of IT Service Management concepts and procedures
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the latest technology innovations and their applicability to business operations
  • Demonstrated relationship management and leadership skills with a superior ability to make things happen through the use of influence and negotiation with all levels of management
  • Proactive team player with effective time management skills; ability to work in a highly matrixed environment

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for project delivery, daily systems stability and technical strategic planning
  • Consults with both internal and external stakeholders to build a road map for the LOB technology portfolio that aligns with the enterprise direction
  • Works in a highly matrixed environment ensuring the stability, delivery and direction of the technology portfolio exceeds LOB objectives while representing enterprise objectives of the Technology organization
  • Leads the delivery of business requested and properties projects requiring integration of multiple technologies
  • Maintains network operating environment by supporting lifecycle projects while ensuring compliance with configuration standards
  • Supports platform provisioning necessary to deliver capabilities defined in network services service catalog
  • Contributes to the improvement of process, procedures and protocols to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in the most effective and efficient manner
  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of the Network Services service catalog
  • Acts as an escalation point in conjunction with the assigned Project Manager for any deployment issues or escalations
  • Resource coordination and assignment for implementation projects, while ensuring consistent and balanced resource utilization across the team
  • Partners and consults with internal business partners in Cybersecurity, Technology Architecture and Service Operations & Support, including third-party support leads and vendors
  • Maintains network solutions that are compliant with Cybersecurity Policy and applicable industry regulations
  • Supports evolution of the network services operating environment through automation and new technology adoption
