  • Based out of San Francisco office (Financial District), defaulting to onsite at least three days a week with flexibility for occasional remote work

Responsibilities

  • Support the People Success Lead in working with leaders across G&A, Marketing, Risk, Customer Experience, and Sales Development, and begin building relationships with newer managers
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, answering Tier 1 questions about performance, policies, and day-to-day people issues, and escalating more complex situations
  • Coordinate offboarding and help manage challenging interpersonal situations with care and professionalism
  • For supported orgs, run day-to-day operations of performance reviews, engagement surveys, and other people programs
  • Take ownership of building scalable systems by identifying process gaps, creating solutions, and rolling them out across the organization
  • Build and maintain systems, documentation, and workflows that make People Success processes clear, scalable, and consistent
  • Pull, organize, and analyze people data to identify trends and provide insights that help the team make decisions
