Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in deploying and managing Dynatrace in a professional setting
Strong background in application performance monitoring and management
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Extensive background and experience in deploying and managing across complex global environments
Proficiency in Dynatrace configuration and administration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent decision-making skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and application development processes
Experience working with remote technical teams/resources
Strong communication and executive level presentation skills
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell scripting) is a plus
Preferred Certifications: Dynatrace Certified Associate, Dynatrace Certified Professional

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Application and Infrastructure Teams to design scalable and resilient monitoring solutions
Deploy and configure Dynatrace across diverse environments (development, testing, production)
Integrate Dynatrace with existing systems and applications
Identify infrastructure, apps, and business requirements for monitoring and design Dynatrace monitoring solutions
Work with different technical teams across the organization to determine scope for monitoring solution designs
Work with stakeholder leadership and teams to partner on rollout of solutions
Customize Dynatrace settings to meet specific needs of different applications and infrastructure components
Set up monitoring for applications, services, and infrastructure using Dynatrace
Create and manage dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide visibility into system performance
Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, trends, and potential issues
Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to resolve performance issues
Conduct root cause analysis for performance problems and recommend solutions
Develop and implement best practices for using Dynatrace effectively
Optimize monitoring configurations and settings for improved performance and efficiency
Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynatrace and incorporate them into the monitoring strategy
Document architecture, configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
Deliver training and enablement sessions for team members and customers, including demos
Create user guides and manuals for internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards
Support continuous improvement and innovation
Participate in strategic planning and roadmap development
