Responsibilities

  • Create and foster a database of Club Monaco customers (Clienteling)
  • Implement a Personal Shopper Program
  • Provide unsurpassed customer service at all times
  • Implement a monthly outreach program to update client base
  • Brainstorm ideas for in-store events and partner with management to execute them
  • Field customer inquiries on products, quality, returns, etc
  • Implement a system to track monthly sales, inquiries, etc
  • Lead Product Knowledge sessions for store staff
  • Communicate product and customer feedback to managers
  • Assist SM or GM with opening/closing store, monitoring payroll, and assuming Store Manager duties (Operational Duties)
  • Achieve or exceed financial plans through planning and execution
  • Manage sales and wage budgets analytically to meet/exceed goals
  • Innovate entrepreneurially to drive business results
  • Monitor sales/financial results, take actions, and communicate needs
  • Optimize sales, merchandise, wages, and minimize shortages/expenses
  • Lead store’s business planning process
  • Contribute to low turnover, recruit high-level candidates, and develop teams (Human Resources)
  • Foster empowerment, ownership, and positive work environment
  • Ensure clear job expectations and full team functionality
  • Select, train, motivate management and associates
  • Schedule/facilitate training sessions for team skills
  • Model/coach selling service and other skills
