This role will oversee a team of care coordinators, ensuring exceptional member interactions, optimizing processes, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. The supervisor will ensure efficient communication between patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams. Responsibilities include collaborating with medical professionals to ensure seamless care coordination, monitoring member journeys, identifying barriers, and implementing strategies to optimize health outcomes. The role involves providing leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to the team, fostering a positive team culture, managing complex member cases and escalations, implementing and refining standard operating procedures, utilizing data to evaluate performance, and collaborating with various cross-functional teams. Additionally, the Associate Manager will provide coaching, feedback, and support to direct reports, lead onboarding and ongoing training for new teammates, and ensure Care Coordinators are prepared to respond to member inquiries and provide accurate information.
