Responsibilities
Propose and execute licensed product planning tailored to client companies' product development plans
Identify high-growth accounts and licensing opportunities, and develop new licensing accounts
Analyze current business status of managed accounts, consumer markets, trends, and formulate/execute action plans based on analysis
Collaborate closely with marketing team to propose and execute promotional planning for licensed products
Negotiate, conclude, and renew licensing contracts
Manage sales budgets and actual performance for managed accounts
Collaborate closely with other departments (media, studio, store, game, publishing) to maximize synergy
