Responsibilities

  • Propose and execute licensed product planning tailored to client companies' product development plans
  • Identify high-growth accounts and licensing opportunities, and develop new licensing accounts
  • Analyze current business status of managed accounts, consumer markets, trends, and formulate/execute action plans based on analysis
  • Collaborate closely with marketing team to propose and execute promotional planning for licensed products
  • Negotiate, conclude, and renew licensing contracts
  • Manage sales budgets and actual performance for managed accounts
  • Collaborate closely with other departments (media, studio, store, game, publishing) to maximize synergy
