2+ years of previous supply chain, Logistics, or related experience
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or Transportation (preferred)
Ability to work independently and interact within a team atmosphere (preferred)
Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI (preferred)
Experience and proficiency with SAP and TMS systems (preferred)
Experience in International Logistics Environment (preferred)
Knack for curiosity and challenging the status quo (preferred)
Responsibilities
Become the subject matter expert for Import, Export & Global Cruise Payables for internal & external partners
Support daily management of freight payables & Communications for Import & Export carrier portfolio
Execute Monthly Reconciliation of Statement of Account and communication for each carrier
Identify systemic issues and recommend process improvements
Establishes effective internal and external communications related to payables
Drive improvements to our rating & paid on-time metrics
Support establishing the framework and enhancing our audit methodologies
Create & Maintain training documentation as required
Assist in training for Freight, Audit and Pay change management where necessary
Drive team consensus on challenging issues
Create internal reporting to provide additional visibility of where audit exceptions may occur and provide additional insights to Freight, Audit and Pay reporting
