Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare sales or business development focused on SaaS. At least 2 years of experience selling clinical trial solutions or services is required, along with a deep understanding of the site clinical research process and experience selling complex solutions to drive revenue growth. Travel up to 25% is expected, and candidates should be proficient in Google Suite. Experience in a site-based research department and managing complex technical software solutions with multiple stakeholders is preferred. Applicants must not require employer-sponsored work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

The Solution Sales Specialist will manage the sales process for the Verily Viewpoint Site Clinical Trial Management System, including understanding customer needs, acting as a trusted advisor, demonstrating software, and driving pricing and contracting. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer and partner relationships, leading all phases of the sales cycle to meet targets, gathering market intelligence, and collaborating with the Verily Commercial Organization for cross-selling opportunities and go-to-market strategies.
