Job Description

Unit4’s Professional Services team collaborates across our technology and systems to deliver customer solutions within our industry verticals. As a Consultant, you will have the opportunity to advance your career by working with the organization's cutting-edge cloud ERP technologies. You will tackle project challenges by implementing solutions based on your experience with industry best practices and relevant models. ERP projects are instrumental in driving significant business change for our customers, requiring strong communication skills to manage conflict and adapt your approach to different audiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Onboarding: Participate in sales handover and project onboarding with the broader project team.
• Solution Implementation: Implement high-quality ERP customer solutions that align with design and strategic objectives, focusing on reducing complexity and costs.
• Workshop Leadership: Lead and participate in workshops.
• Solution Delivery: Deliver approved customer solutions, utilizing templates where applicable.
• Collaboration: Work with wider delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget requirements as outlined in the project plan.
• Post Go-Live Support: Provide support for customer solution reviews and health checks, identifying opportunities to expand the Unit4 footprint.
• Upgrades & Migrations: Engage in the delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations for existing customers.
• Product Enhancement: Contribute to product enhancements and the adoption of new technologies.
• Continuous Learning: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies, legislation, and best practices, sharing this knowledge internally and externally.
• Model Improvement: Collaborate with senior consultants, leveraging your expertise to identify improvements in models and functionality.
• Embrace Change: Actively engage in continuous learning, enhancing your knowledge in new areas.

Requirements

• Fluent knowledge in Dutch.
