Requirements

  • Recent graduates or early-career candidates with technical qualifications in engineering, electronics, mechanical, biomedical, electrical, IT, mechatronics, or related fields
  • Solid hands-on technical aptitude (enjoy taking things apart, fixing them, and understanding how they work)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with people
  • Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and comfort working in fast-paced environments
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel across the Sunshine Coast region (80% travel)

Responsibilities

  • Supporting preventative maintenance, repairs, and servicing of Stryker medical equipment at customer sites
  • Troubleshooting technical issues across a range of devices and learning to operate in clinical environments
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships as a trusted technical partner
  • Managing daily schedule and growing capability to work independently
  • Working closely with experienced Field Service Engineers for mentoring and support
  • Completing accurate service documentation and learning relevant compliance processes
