Requirements

7+ years delivering web, CRM, or omnichannel technology solutions, ideally in healthcare or regulated industries
Experience managing cross-functional technology teams and multiple concurrent workstreams
Ability to interpret and communicate technical requirements, documentation, and design assets
Strong collaboration skills across creative, strategy, and technology partners, including client-facing discussions
Familiarity with web and CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, or Contentful

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day delivery across multiple technology projects, ensuring alignment on timelines, scope, and budget
Drive consistency and quality across all delivery phases, including planning, build, testing, and launch
Define technical task plans and collaborate with PMO on project scheduling, dependencies, and resourcing
Review requirements and technical documentation to ensure clarity, feasibility, and completeness
Partner with teams to track risks, manage delivery challenges, and support scalable, compliant technical solutions
