The Associate Director, Talent Acquisition will partner with clinical leaders to define and execute annual hiring plans, serving as the primary recruitment partner for Clinical Operations and Clinical Development. Responsibilities include providing market insights, managing full-cycle recruiting, building diverse talent pipelines, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience. The role also involves educating hiring managers on unbiased hiring practices, collaborating with cross-functional partners on offers and compliance, tracking hiring metrics, and contributing to broader TA initiatives like employer branding and diversity & inclusion efforts. Additionally, the position requires leveraging AI and automation tools to efficiently identify and engage top talent.
