Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related discipline. A minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within pharmaceutical or other regulated industries, is required. Experience with integrated business process flows driven by SAP applications in a manufacturing facility is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director will lead the implementation of new core applications like SAP Hana and EWM at the Lilly Medicine Foundry, optimizing SAP technology for operational efficiency. Responsibilities include collaborating with business process owners and IT to maximize core application utilization, acting as an SAP eWM Power user, supporting daily operations, and owning the knowledge management plan for SAP applications. The role also involves designing and governing incident escalation processes, monitoring system performance, promoting process improvement, adhering to validation policies, advancing the digital roadmap, and troubleshooting integration issues with other systems and hardware.
