Requirements

  • A degree in life sciences or a relevant business area with 10+ years of varied post-graduation experience in Pharmaceuticals, Biosciences or a related industry. Or MS with 8+ years of relevant experience. Or PhD with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Greenbelt in Lean and/or Six Sigma
  • Experience in 1+ areas of Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls
  • Experience leading cross-functional biopharma strategic initiatives
  • Experience leading business process mapping with a variety of stakeholders and SMEs
  • Experience with business process mapping tools such as Signavio and Visio
  • Strong interpersonal skills (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional business process mapping and OpEx initiatives, utilizing strong facilitation skills to gather SME input and design clear end-to-end business processes that improve current processes
  • Provide support to initiatives to ensure success, delivering on time and within budget with appropriate stakeholder management
  • Interface with members of the PDM Extended Leadership Team and their teams to drive meaningful process improvements in PDM
  • Utilize strong analytical, communication and influencing skills, as well as problem-solving ability, to drive helpful change and continuous improvement
  • Be an enthusiastic member of the wider PDM Operational Excellence community
