Requirements

Responsibilities

The Associate Director of Marketing will be responsible for supporting the Lilly Brand Office, overseeing the implementation of the Lilly brand identity through the Brand Book and brand governance, integrating the brand through corporate brand sponsorships and partnerships, and supporting global creative requests. They will also oversee brand merchandise for the global organization, provide strategic insight and creative vision to the team, set bold plans for the work, play to each team member’s strengths, and deliver operational excellence. Furthermore, the role requires leadership, including providing training, development, and coaching, and fostering inclusive leadership with a culture-first approach, as well as managing projects and building a strong operational infrastructure to sustain global brand initiatives.
