Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in Consumer Marketing and Brand Building in dynamic categories (Luxus, Beauty, Lifestyle, FMCG) – ideally with experience in regulated markets
  • Master's degree desirable
  • Proven successes in the development and implementation of integrated campaigns with measurable performance impact
  • Sound expertise in orchestrating Online-Offline journeys and Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned channels

Responsibilities

  • Develop and steer pioneering Consumer Strategies for key therapy areas
  • Formulate a holistic, sustainable vision based on deep market and consumer understanding
  • Conceive and localize creative Best-in-Class 360° campaigns that emotionalize and activate
  • Acquire new consumers and consistently build market share
  • Conduct rigorous success monitoring and competitive benchmarking using clear KPIs to optimize and adjust activities as needed
  • Utilize deep understanding of Consumer Insights and Friction Points to eliminate barriers along the entire journey
  • Design a seamless Online-Offline journey and orchestrate Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned for maximum impact
  • Networked collaboration with all relevant stakeholders and cross-functional as well as global cooperation
