Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience. Experience in cross-functional leadership, new product launches, strategic development, OUS and/or IBU experience, and launch experience in AD and/or diagnostics are preferred. A background in Pharmaceutical or Diagnostics is also desired, along with strong critical thinking, teamwork, leadership in ambiguity, curiosity, agility, an innovative demeanor, excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, and the ability to prioritize and drive decision-making in dynamic environments. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
The Associate Director will lead commercial initiatives to shape the external diagnostic landscape for preclinical Alzheimer’s Disease (AD), ensuring accurate diagnosis and supporting asset launches. They will run core workstreams to develop infrastructure and guide strategy for improving access to blood-based diagnostics and build external partnerships. Responsibilities include leading governance for diagnostics roadmaps, developing integrated go-to-market commercial strategies, collaborating across departments to align diagnostics with the platform strategy, and contributing to internal strategic governance. The role involves assessing and shaping market readiness for diagnostics and therapeutics, guiding prioritized geographies in building diagnostic strategies, and collaborating to address environmental barriers. Additionally, the Associate Director will monitor the diagnostic environment, provide insights and recommendations, support diagnostics manufacturer partnerships, lead global diagnostics commercialization strategy, and support affiliate execution and acceleration of diagnostic adoption.
