Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or 10 years of IT transformation experience, with at least 7 years in Finance technology, including 3 years in a leadership role. Deep expertise in Finance platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, and Anaplan is required, along with strong Finance domain knowledge. Proven success in leading process reengineering and automation initiatives, a strong analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making, and experience managing global Finance Tech strategies are essential. Familiarity with compliance standards, Finance data governance, and system audit-readiness is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or advanced degree, experience running large-scale programs, Six Sigma or ITIL certification, and a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications, and processes.
The Associate Director will develop and execute a forward-looking Finance technology strategy to support business growth, drive automation, and enhance the digital employee experience. They will serve as a liaison between Finance IT Delivery and business stakeholders, lead a team of Finance associates and contractors, and identify emerging Finance technologies for improvement. Responsibilities include overseeing the implementation and support of key platforms like Oracle EPM and Anaplan, ensuring strong system performance, data integrity, and security. The role also involves building a best-in-class Finance data and analytics function, driving continuous improvement through automation, and managing third-party vendors and contracts, including SLAs, renewals, and RFPs.
