Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Informatik (Master wünschenswert)
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Führungserfahrung, davon mindestens 5 Jahre im IT/OT-Umfeld der Fertigungsindustrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Automatisierung, MES-Systemen und regulierten Produktionsumgebungen (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Mitarbeiterführung und Projektleitung
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Responsibilities

  • IT/OT-Operations leiten: Verantwortung für die Betriebsführung und Weiterentwicklung von Automatisierungs- und Produktionssystemen (PLC/SCADA), BMS/EMS, MES, ERP, QC-Systemen sowie Serialisierung
  • Strategische Planung: Definition und Umsetzung einer standortspezifischen IT/OT-Roadmap im Einklang mit globalen und lokalen Strategien
  • Führung & Entwicklung: Leitung eines Teams von 15–20 Fachkräften; Förderung einer digitalen Kultur und gezielten Mitarbeiterentwicklung
  • Governance & Compliance: Sicherstellung von GxP-, GDPR- und IT-Sicherheits-Compliance; Durchführung und Begleitung von Audits, CAPAs und Systemvalidierungen
  • Stakeholder Management: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualitätssicherung, Facility Management sowie globalen TechOps-Teams zur Gewährleistung einer abgestimmten Digitalstrategie
  • Cybersecurity & Infrastruktur: Kooperation mit globalen IT-Security- und Infrastruktur-Teams, um robuste und sichere Betriebsabläufe sicherzustellen
  • Leistungsmanagement: Definition und Nachverfolgung von SLAs, KPIs und Eskalationsprozessen für alle IT/OT-Dienste
