Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess 12-15 years of experience in managing and delivering data and analytics engagements, encompassing data engineering, visualization, insights generation, and AI/ML. A strong understanding or hands-on experience with data engineering on cloud platforms like AWS or GCP is required, along with a lean mindset, entrepreneurial skills, core management abilities, and a strong leadership presence.

Responsibilities

This role involves consultatively engaging with Chief Digital Officers and Chief Data Officers to establish digital and data visions, providing strategic guidance and roadmaps. The Associate Director will lead teams and clients in creating strategies, solutions, and operating models, mapping customer requirements to data, analytics, and AI solutions. Responsibilities include driving innovation and growth by proactively positioning new capabilities, developing new opportunities, and solving client problems. The role also entails delivering projects related to business strategy, organizational transformation, and operations improvement, mentoring clients and team members on data strategy, and assembling teams to deliver proofs of concept or MVPs.
