Responsibilities

  • Manage User Acceptance Testing of new deployments and updates to Teamcenter, Creo, and other engineering systems
  • Manage and support change management activities for major initiatives and system changes that affect the engineering community at Caterpillar
  • Coordinate and manage communications sent from the PLM organization to the 13K+ engineering and downstream users of the systems and tools supported
  • Manage customer user experience of systems and tools by collecting feedback, dispositioning, and tracking updates and improvements based on that feedback
  • Work as a backup when necessary to the 7 programs within the PLM organization (Change and Document Management, Data Exchange and Reporting, Bill of Material, CAD, Visualization, Teamcenter Security, Teamcenter Foundation), writing user stories and requirements where necessary
  • Support training, communication, and change management aspects of the Product Lifecycle Management Division
