Candidates must possess advanced English proficiency (B2+), with over 1 year of experience in SQL, Python, or API data extraction, and 1+ years of experience designing ETL solutions. A strong analytical mindset, exceptional reporting skills, attention to detail, and experience with HTML, CSS, SSJS, and personalization in campaign tools are essential. Experience with cloud computing technologies such as Salesforce, Databricks, Azure, Snowflake, and AWS, along with excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills, are required. Proven experience in campaign management on platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, Pega, or Braze is a plus, as are strong project management and customer relationship skills, and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
The Associate Data Engineer will support the team in setting up, monitoring, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including creating basic segments using SQL and assisting with data manipulation and analysis. They will learn to design and maintain data solutions, automate manual processes using SQL and Python under supervision, and monitor campaigns to report issues. Responsibilities also include assisting with documentation analysis, learning to extract data using APIs, collaborating with Marketing Sciences and development teams for campaign tracking and code deployment, and aiding in campaign implementation and monitoring on various platforms. The role involves participating in client meetings, communicating progress to internal teams, supporting data tagging and organization, and staying updated on digital marketing and data analysis trends.
