As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, proactively engaging with them to understand their needs, and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes using the Insider platform. You will also assist the team with account management, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of our customers by providing ongoing support and guidance.
