Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, professional, and quality responses to unsolicited medical/pharmaceutical inquiries from customers (e.g., healthcare professionals, patients)
  • Align responses to standards with a focus on customer experience (CX)
  • Document all customer interactions (including enquiries, Product Complaints, and Adverse Events) in appropriate computer systems, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • For digital solutions: Ensure immediate notification of Affiliate Responsible Complaint Person/ Affiliate Responsible Quality Person where applicable per local process
  • Process Replacement and Retrieval of specific products using agreed processes with relevant Vendors
  • Deliver relevant medical content that is meaningful and relevant to customers, enables informed treatment decisions, enhances patient care, and advances research quality and transparency
  • Serve as an essential link between Lilly’s products/services and customers by responding to unsolicited medical requests based on professional and scientific expertise
