Responsibilities

Provide timely, professional, and quality responses to unsolicited medical/pharmaceutical inquiries from customers (e.g., healthcare professionals, patients)
Align responses to standards with a focus on customer experience (CX)
Document all customer interactions (including enquiries, Product Complaints, and Adverse Events) in appropriate computer systems, ensuring regulatory compliance
For digital solutions: Ensure immediate notification of Affiliate Responsible Complaint Person/ Affiliate Responsible Quality Person where applicable per local process
Process Replacement and Retrieval of specific products using agreed processes with relevant Vendors
Deliver relevant medical content that is meaningful and relevant to customers, enables informed treatment decisions, enhances patient care, and advances research quality and transparency
Serve as an essential link between Lilly’s products/services and customers by responding to unsolicited medical requests based on professional and scientific expertise
