Responsibilities
Design and deliver training for existing systems and new system roll-outs
Develop, facilitate, and deliver learning and organization development programs
Coordinate and deliver the training program and mandatory curriculum within assigned geographic location/globally
Design, develop, and maintain a training curriculum for the Financial Reporting function within the Global COO curriculums, implementable regardless of geographic location
Maintain all training and progress reports surrounding the program
Develop project plans including the identification of subject matter experts where appropriate
Continuously evaluate the programme working with COO and stakeholders
Work collaboratively with other Global Training Teams
Assist with defining learning solutions that support functional requirements
Analyze solutions for continuous improvement and undertake appropriate operational and administrative aspects of the training curriculum
