Requirements

Must hold Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
Strong solution-selling background with proven experience in maximizing customer value through coordinated account planning and team approach both internally and externally
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated strong relationship building with customers, markets, and internal stakeholders
Strong oral and written skills in English for effective communications at all levels within the company and with customers
Mandarin speaking capability (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, Excel, PPT etc.) and CRM systems such as Salesforce (preferred)
Ability to independently acquire knowledge of industry, competitors, trends, and products (preferred)

Responsibilities

Support sales specialists in achieving (and exceeding) net-sales and customer experience targets for Agriculture and Metals across the Commercial team in APAC
Coordinate with the Commercial team to maintain CRM/Salesforce activity log, meeting notes, and provide accurate forecasting of sales opportunities
Participate in planning and executing account management schedule and detailed action plan, including white space analysis
Work with primary accounts hunter team on list building prioritization
Develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients via regular analysts engagements, outreach, dedicated analysts’ sessions, and content sharing
Conduct white space analysis, review possible cross-sell opportunities in existing clients, and analyze/map out potential prospects to drive new logo sales
Use insights gained from Agriculture and Metals customers/prospects to inform the Product/Content team to ensure relevant offerings
