Responsibilities

Deliver the best client experience while providing support and finance-related research
Be the client’s advocate in getting the best possible solution to their inquiries and partner with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved and they improve product potential
Be a channel for client feedback by coordinating with Content and Product Management teams to resolve inquiries, help content teams develop accuracy with real-time feedback, and echo clients’ ideas to stay relevant to the market
