3–7 years of relevant experience in investment management or alternative asset management, ideally with exposure to cross-border initiatives (e.g., QDII, QDLP, MRF, GBA WMC)
Strong understanding of financial markets and the ability to articulate investment ideas with conviction
Solid knowledge of the asset management industry, particularly in the wealth and retail segments
Experience working with clients in sales or product strategy roles, with familiarity across mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives, and digital solutions
Demonstrated ability to engage clients and support brand-building through marketing and PR initiatives
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills; prior experience representing a firm at conferences or events is a plus
Regulatory licensing and exams as required by local authorities
Fluent in English and Mandarin a must, Cantonese preferred, with strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a “can-do” attitude and a strong sense of ownership
Responsibilities
Partner with senior team members to manage client relationships and support account development, with a focus on the China wealth management segment
Oversee day-to-day sales support activities and ensure smooth execution of client service tasks
Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Legal, Compliance, Operations, and BlackRock China affiliates—on cross-border projects and sales enablement
Coordinate with regional and local marketing teams on product launches and promotional campaigns
Prepare regular reports, support due diligence processes, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and flag potential issues
Conduct industry research and provide timely, thoughtful responses to client inquiries
Deliver performance data and respond to client queries on products and investment solutions
Create and maintain high-quality sales presentations and marketing materials
