Bachelor’s Degree
7+ years of work experience in medical device
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to maximize Stryker’s operating income in the Neurovascular business
Create sales plans and action steps aligned with Stryker’s divisional strategic objectives
Provide accurate sales forecasts, identifying risks and mitigation strategies
Offer clinical support in-market
Negotiate contracts with distributors
Build strong relationships with distributors and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
Advise distributors on business issues (workflow, inventory, product promotion)
Conduct regular business reviews
Work with distributors and regulatory teams to ensure timely product registration
Coordinate distributor training
Manage on-time payment collections from distributors
Collaborate with ASEAN NV BUM & marketing teams for product launches
Explore improvements to products and services
Ensure all sales activities comply with Stryker’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Integrity Policy, reporting potential issues
