Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years of work experience in medical device
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
  • Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
  • Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • MBA (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize Stryker’s operating income in the Neurovascular business
  • Create sales plans and action steps aligned with Stryker’s divisional strategic objectives
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, identifying risks and mitigation strategies
  • Offer clinical support in-market
  • Negotiate contracts with distributors
  • Build strong relationships with distributors and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
  • Advise distributors on business issues (workflow, inventory, product promotion)
  • Conduct regular business reviews
  • Work with distributors and regulatory teams to ensure timely product registration
  • Coordinate distributor training
  • Manage on-time payment collections from distributors
  • Collaborate with ASEAN NV BUM & marketing teams for product launches
  • Explore improvements to products and services
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with Stryker’s Code of Conduct and Corporate Integrity Policy, reporting potential issues
