Responsibilities

  • Own small-dollar renewal pipeline: manage full renewal sales cycle including outreach, negotiation, and contract closure for smaller-sized contracts
  • Provide contract and administrative support: handle routine operational tasks related to amendments, bookings, and transactional contract modifications for senior Account Directors
  • Serve as customer operational liaison: act as primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries on billing, basic contract questions, and operational support
  • Support account strategy: collaborate with senior ADs on renewal forecasts for small-dollar segment, multi-threading, account mapping, data gathering for presentations
  • Book meetings: prospect into net new contacts in assigned customer base to uncover expansion opportunities
  • Maintain install base health: proactively monitor customer health metrics, flag risks related to renewals or usage to senior AD and Client Success team
  • Ensure meticulous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and adherence to internal sales processes
