Responsibilities

  • Own Small-Dollar Renewal Pipeline: Directly manage the full renewal sales cycle for a dedicated portfolio of smaller-sized contracts
  • Contract and Administrative Support: Act as the primary internal resource for senior Account Directors, taking ownership of all routine operational tasks related to amendments, bookings, and transactional contract modifications
  • Customer Operational Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries related to billing, basic contract questions, and operational support for our Enterprise HoB customers
  • Support Account Strategy: Collaborate closely with senior ADs to assist with strategic tasks, including preparing renewal forecasts for the small-dollar segment, assisting with multi-threading and account mapping documentation, and gathering necessary data to support strategic presentations
  • Book Meetings: Prospect into net new contacts in your assigned customer base, uncovering new opportunities to expand our partnership with these accounts
  • Maintain Install Base Health: Proactively monitor customer health metrics for assigned accounts, flagging potential risks related to renewals or usage to the senior AD and Client Success team
  • System Mastery: Become fluent in using our CRM (Salesforce) and pricing tools to ensure meticulous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and complete adherence to all internal sales processes
