Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree, a minimum of two years’ experience at a global financial institution, and preferably be licensed with CMFAS 1A, 2A, 6, and 6A or demonstrate the ability to obtain these licenses through exam preparation. Strong product knowledge in equities, options, futures, and FX is required, as well as a self-starter mindset with analytical and critical thinking skills, the ability to handle stress, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese is also necessary, with Mandarin being a strong plus.
As an Associate - Client Services, the role involves liaising with Interactive Brokers’ clients globally, including professional retail clients, advisors, and broker-dealers, to develop and maintain long-term relationships through responsive, superior, and high-touch service. The position requires handling client inquiries via various channels such as email, ticket, live chat, and phone calls, familiarizing clients with proprietary platforms, assisting them with the trading cycle, troubleshooting issues, escalating concerns, and liaising with internal teams including Legal & Compliance, Risk, IT, Cashiering, and Clearing.
