Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, engineering, economics, statistics, computer science, marketing)
4+ years of experience in data analysis
Experience in sales planning, commercial, and sales analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and database languages (e.g., SQL)
Ability to effectively manage time and handle tasks of different priorities in a fast-paced, complex business environment
Positive work attitude and ability to drive work progress
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in Mandarin and English
Proactive problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Preferred: Master's degree or equivalent experience in analysis/quantitative fields; experience in e-commerce; experience in tourism or FMCG industries
Responsibilities
Support and evolve sales/marketing analytics practices through data collection, management, analysis, implementation, and reporting across sales initiatives
Collect and consolidate channel data (marketing, sales, etc.) to provide analytical support for channel planning, design, and sales target allocation; conduct regular reviews of business performance and propose suggestions for operational strategy optimization
Build strong relationships with various channels/departments
Regularly summarize, analyze, and report key metrics to identify and design strategies and processes for market and sales planning
Collect internal and external market-related data and perform analysis on markets, channels, and customers to provide actionable and clear recommendations for company market and sales business
Use visualization tools and techniques to build KPIs, rapid data reports, and systems to showcase data insights, convert them into business recommendations and innovative solutions to influence market sales strategies and optimizations in a timely manner
Conduct deep-dive analyses and other related responsibilities as needed, such as analyzing the effectiveness of joint marketing activities with partners
Partner with internal stakeholders and leverage data within commercial and CIMA to build business intelligence, identify new opportunities, and enable decision-making
