As an Assistenza Clienti, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their energy-related inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and occasionally in person. This includes addressing customer questions, resolving issues, providing information about Octopus Energy’s services, and acting as a point of contact for other energy providers. You will also contribute to the overall customer experience by demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help, while embodying the Octopus Energy culture of innovation and a human-centric approach.
