Responsibilities

Planung und Koordination des Termin- und Aufgabenmanagements
Organisation von Geschäftsreisen inklusive Buchungen, Absprachen und reibungslosem Ablauf
Vorbereitung, Protokollierung und Nachbereitung von Meetings sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten Weiterverarbeitung aller Informationen
Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten in der DACH-Region – mit Blick auf Zeitplan, Prioritäten und Qualität
Organisation und Begleitung von Unternehmens-Events, Messen und internen Veranstaltungen
Eigenständige Übernahme administrativer und organisatorischer Tätigkeiten zur Entlastung der Geschäftsführung
Steuerung der internen und externen Korrespondenz sowie zentrale Koordination der Kommunikationsprozesse im Rahmen der Geschäftsführung
Verantwortung für die Pflege von Handelsregisterauszügen sowie Beantragung, Verwaltung und Dokumentation von Prokura und weiteren rechtlichen Formalitäten
Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Marketing- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen innerhalb der DACH-Region
