Requirements

  • Familiarity with UiPath platform and GTM strategy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing engagement
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deals at various stages

  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms (preferred)
  • Previous renewal sales or inside sales experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle renewal process for a defined set of low-value accounts
  • Engage directly with customers to ensure clarity on renewal terms, timing, and value
  • Manage a high volume of active deals simultaneously, while meeting or exceeding KPIs
  • Collaborate with account teams, legal, finance, and deal desk to remove blockers and drive timely closures
  • Proactively manage timelines and follow-ups to reduce churn risk and improve conversion
  • Ensure CRM systems and trackers are updated with deal status and documentation
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the renewal journey
