Responsibilities

  • Support the Managing Director (Santander Consumer Technology Services GmbH) and CIO (Santander Consumer Bank AG)
  • Assist in administrative and organizational tasks
  • Coordinate internal requests (e.g., orders from the Executive Board or requests from the Group)
  • Coordinate intra-departmental activities and prepare committee meetings (e.g., Supervisory Board, Business Results meetings, Executive Board meetings)
  • Prepare, realize/moderate, and follow up on cross-departmental meetings; plan appointments
  • Prepare professional presentations and decision papers
  • Create concepts, strategies, and recommendations for action
  • Live a risk culture by proactively handling risks within Santander
