Candidates should possess three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry, along with prior management experience and excellent communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems is also required, as is the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and a strategic perspective.
The Assistant Store Manager will oversee all aspects of daily store operations, manage and develop a team of retail sales consultants, assist with merchandising and product launches, ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services, help meet and exceed sales objectives, coach team members to meet sales and service goals, utilize professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues, and take initiative to create results.
