Three years of experience in a retail grocery environment with increasing levels of responsibility and one year in a supervisory or lead role, preferably in retail, are required.
Proficiency in computers (email, spreadsheets), accounting/bookkeeping skills, ability to interpret/analyze financials, develop/manage budgets, delegate/direct/implement, suggestive selling/knowledge of products, and being detail oriented are required.
