Ability to complete yearly certification for a forklift license (BJ’s covers cost and training)
No direct supervisory responsibilities but ability to direct the work of the overnight team
Ability to coach, teach, and develop overnight team members to ensure Grand Opening Look Daily (GOLD) standards
Ability to serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) for the club as needed, taking full responsibility for club operations, team leadership, and Member engagement during assigned shifts

Work closely with the Assistant Club Manager of Merchandise to ensure merchandise is properly stocked and available for sale
Maintain presentation standards and deliver a positive member experience
Oversee the nightly execution and performance of merchandise department tasks
Teach, develop, and motivate all overnight team members for successful execution of club merchandising and ensuring merchandise availability in proper quantities
Demonstrate inclusive behavior, make ethical choices, and approach work with a positive and solution-oriented mindset
Foster open communication, trust, and a safe, collaborative environment; celebrate team members' contributions
